Frequently asked questions
How is it different from ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude process your queries on their providers’ servers and charge per person. TENGWAR runs on servers inside your company, knows your documents while respecting each person’s permissions, tells you which document and page every fact comes from and does not charge per user. It also consults Spanish sources such as the BOE or the BORME and works with your business tools.
Does my data leave the company? Does it help with GDPR?
It does not. Your documents and the AI’s answers are processed on the servers in your office, so no cloud AI provider handles that data. Information only leaves when your administrator deliberately turns on a specific integration, such as looking up the BOE or sending an email. Every query and every action is logged and you can delete data whenever you need to, which makes it easier to comply with GDPR and the AI Act; compliance also depends on your internal processes.
How much does it cost and which edition do I need?
You pay for the licence once, with no per-user fees: TENGWAR costs €3,990 for up to 30 people; TENGWAR Pro, €4,990 for up to 40; and TENGWAR Max, €5,990 for up to 50, excluding VAT. Pro keeps chat available while it learns new documents and uses a more capable AI; Max adds the most advanced AI and understands images. The first year of maintenance is included and the hardware is paid separately, at cost.
What hardware is needed?
NVIDIA DGX Spark servers, compact machines that fit on a desk: one for TENGWAR, two for Pro and three for Max. You don’t need a server room: they connect to your network like any other device. You can supply them or we buy them for you at cost, with no markup, and deliver them with TENGWAR installed.
How long does it take to get it running?
We work out with you how many people will use it and what documentation you have, install the servers in your office and TENGWAR starts learning your documents. There is no integration project and no cloud setup. How long it takes to learn everything depends on the volume of documentation.
What support is included?
The licence includes the first year of updates, new connectors, AI improvements and remote support. From the second year, annual maintenance is optional: without it, TENGWAR keeps working but no longer receives updates or support.
Can each person see only what they are meant to?
Yes. Each person has an access level (Public, Private, Confidential or Secret) and belongs to one or more departments. Every document, channel and task combines those two things, or is open to the whole company, and TENGWAR checks it on every answer: nobody receives what they could not open.
What documentation can it learn?
Up to about 10 TB, in 24 formats, including PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument, Outlook emails, web pages, text and images, scanned documents included. It understands documents in several languages and answers in your team’s working language, always citing the original document.
Which tools does it integrate with?
With Google or Microsoft email, calendar, contacts and files; with ERPs such as Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle NetSuite or FacturaScripts; with public sources such as the BOE, the BORME, the Land Registry (Catastro) or BDNS grants; and it validates VERI*FACTU, TicketBAI and Facturae invoices. Your administrator decides what is turned on and who can use it.
Can I use it from my phone or outside the office?
Yes. There are apps for iPhone and Android, as well as Windows, Mac and the browser, and you can ask by voice. We create a private network just for your company: the connection is encrypted, with no ports opened to the Internet, and your documents stay in your office.
